Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and selecting candidates for various roles.
• Proven track record of successful placements across different levels within an organization.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
