Detailed Work Profile: Primary responsibilities include:

1. Achieve sales targets for the region with support from headquarters.
2. Identify, assess, and appoint business associates and provide techno-commercial support.
3. Conduct SWOT and PESTLE analysis of markets and devise entry strategies for each market.
4. Engage with multiple stakeholders in the road industry for product approval.
5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to key road stakeholders involved in decision-making.
6. Arrange and line up product trials and testing.
7. Develop or enhance ability to perform laboratory mix designs for asphalt and soil mixtures.
8. Identify opportunities in the Waterproofing (WP) and Paints verticals, and initiate discussions for the same.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Local male candidate of Arab or Indian origin.
2. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
3. 5-10 years of experience in the asphalt industry, specialty chemicals, or road sector.
4. Techno-commercial professional with a successful track record in developing new business and markets.
5. Pleasing personality with excellent communication, networking skills, and technical acumen.
6. Hardworking and persistent with a flair for technical selling.

Contract Duration: Minimum of 2 years
Location of Posting: Dammam or Riyadh
Experience Required: 5-10 years
Salary Budget: 1,00,000 - 1,10,000 SAR per annum (indicative, final compensation to be confirmed based on experience and skills, final approval by Management)
